Group Home Licensing
Group Home Licensing addresses the care of children in a residential group care setting or home. These homes must provide 24- hour supervision and support for the residing children.
Substance Use Disorder Licensing
Substance Use Disorder Licensing is the regulatory authority responsible for the oversight of the licensure and regulation of all substance use disorder treatment providers in the state. The statewide system of care is dedicated to the prevention, treatment, and recovery of individuals with serious mental illness or substance use disorders. The Office of Licensing regulates licensed Substance use disorder Treatment Facilities, including Methadone Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) providers, as well as provides oversight for Designated Receiving Facilities.
